Sir,
It has been reported to this Association that a few posts of Head Clerk, Office Superintendent, Administrative Officer, etc. are lying vacant in the Forest & Environment Department for the last few months and there is undue delay in filling up these vacant posts.
You may please be aware, that there is widespread stagnation among the clerical cadre staff in the Forest Department and in such a situation keeping even the available posts unfilled on whatever reason, is unjustified. This has also caused resentment among the staff belonging to the Forest Clerical Cadre.
I seek your kind intervention in this matter so that the process of filling up the vacant posts through promotion can be expedited.
