Sub: Notice for agitation on restructuring of Forest Clerical

Cadre - regarding.

Sir,

I am submitting herewith a resolution adopted in the Annual General Body meeting of the Forest Sub-Committee of the Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association held on 3^rd February, 2012 at Port Blair.

As mentioned in the resolution, there is an unjustified delay in restructuring the Forest Clerical Cadre especially when the Amalgamated Clerical Cadre has been restructured more than one year back.

As decided in the said meeting, I hereby serve Notice for agitation in case the above demand is not settled within 20 days from the date of serving this Notice and resolution.
