I am enclosing herewith a copy of the resolution on setting up of Regional Council of JCM at Port Blair, adopted in the Annual Conference of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association held on 25-26 April, 2009 at Port Blair.

It is requested that the matter may kindly be taken up with the Govt. of India so that a Regional Council of the JCM can be set up for the government employees working under the Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

Action taken in the matter may please be intimated to this Association.
