The Non-Gazetted
Govt. Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands expressed concern over
the transfer/posting of existing/newly promoted Personal Assistants of A &
N Administration. Shri T.S.Sreekumar, General Secretary, Non-Gazetted Govt.
Officers’ Association, in a letter to the Secretary(Personnel), A & N Admn.
drew the attention towards keeping in abeyance the transfer/posting order
including the posting order of newly promoted Personal Assistants on
“Administrative Reasons”. The Association pointed out that certain newly promoted Personal Assistants
will be adversely affected sustaining financial losses as they are prevented
from joining their promoted post.
The
Association had requested the Secretary (Perl) to review the decision and issue
the posting orders of the newly promoted Personal Assistants at the earliest.
