The General Body Meeting of the Clerical Cadre Branch of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association was held at Port Blair  today (30th November, 2013).  Addressing the meeting as Chief Guest, Shri O.Yohannan, Retired Assistant Secretary and former leader of the Association   called upon the clerical cadre employees to rally behind the Non-Gazetted Govt.
