To mark the May Day Celebrations, a massive rally was taken out from the Crusade House, Phoenix Bay covering different parts of the city which culminated at Tiranga Park. This rally was organised by the CITU, NGOs' Association and other sister associations. The leaders from different Unions and associations addressed the gathering at Tiranga Park. In this connection, reports have been received of May Day celebrations from diferent parts of the Andaman Nicobar Islands.
