The National Council Meeting of the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers will be held on 4th to 6th December, 2009 in New Delhi. More than 200 Delegates representing 12 lakhs Central Govt. Employees are expected to converge for detailed delibrations of the issues confronting the Central Govt.employees at the meet. Shri. D Ayyappan, General Secretary of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers' Association. Andaman and Nicobar Islands will attend the National Council Meeting from these islands. He will be leaving for Delhi on 3rd December and will return to Port Blair on 9th December, 2009. During his stay in Delhi, Shri. D Ayyappan will take up various issues of Govt. Employees working in these Islands with the concerned ministries.
