NGOs' Association, A & N Islands welcomes the initiative taken by the A & N Administration for the early posting of more than 250 Lower Grade Clerks as per the final selection list released by the Staff Selection Commission, New Delhi. In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, A & N Administration, the Association demanded the revamping of the existing system of pre-service training to these selected candidates for the LGC posts.
The Association urged the Chief Secretary to arrange an intensive one month comprehensive and inclusive training to them so that they could function in a proper way during their service.

Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteWe are thankful to you for taking such important step. But, it may kindly be post on the site that on what basis the training will be given to the new recruits 1900/- Grade Pay LGCs. Whether the training will be given as per the job description mentioned in the RR or as per the office procedure manual. The module of the training may kindly be upload on the ngoa site.
